Synchrosource Offshore Solutions Limited (Caribbean HR Solutions) (“SOSL”), was founded in 2010 and is currently operations as a HR outsourcing solution for new and established Business Process Outsourcing entities within the country. SOSL specializes in providing Executive Search, Recruiting and High-Volume Staffing, Human Resources Outsourcing (HRO) and Payroll & Benefits Administration services to supplement or complement their existing HR needs. SOSL provides a unique approach to HR Outsourcing that will allows an entity to focus more on their core business and leaves the people matters to them.
SOSL started out as a call centre and over the last 4 years has moved towards Human Resources and Recruiting Outsourcing entity. SOSL was initially located at 3-4 Fort Street in Montego Bay, and has since relocated to Nnatts Complex.to operate a purely call centre business. The ownership structure of SOSL has remained stable throughout from the inception date.
