International Business Spaces Company Ltd (IBS) is a subsidiary of CEAC Outsourcing Company Limited, a human resource management company established in 2015 with over 100 permanent and contract personnel. CEAC provide, staffing, HR, administrative and logistic services for its clients. IBS, dubbed FERRY BPO 31, is a four storey building of approximately 46,000 square feet in the 876 Kingston Commercial Park, St. Catherine. IBS is positioned to accommodate 605 persons at full capacity to offer BPO services once construction is completed in 2020.
