Global Services Association of Jamaica (GSAJ)

Global Services Association of Jamaica (GSAJ) formerly the Business Process Industry Association of Jamaica (“BPIAJ”), is a nonprofit trade association representing outsourcing firms in Jamaica and service providers that support the businesses within the cluster. The GSAJ works to enhance and improve the business climate in Jamaica by promoting the outsourcing sector to the government, potential investors and the general public; representing the interests of those firms in the global services sector and assisting businesses to address issues and challenges hindering growth.
