Caribbean Resources Limited / (CRL SEZ)

Caribbean Resources Limited (CRL) is a privately held real estate holding company that specializes in rental of investment properties. This Special Economic Zone development is home to the headquarters for Itelbpo Smart Solutions, the region’s largest home-grown business processing outsourcer.

The CRL SEZ development has two (2) phases, whereby phase one was completed in March 2019 with buildings of  70,000 square feet and phase two is scheduled to be completed  mid-2020 with buildings of  32,000 square feet. Across both phases, some 1,780 jobs are to be created.
